Discover the Lost World of Durham’s Hayti

Come explore the remarkable history of the African-American community of Hayti, a late 19th/early 20th century city within the city of Durham, which flourished until the creation of Highway 147 split it in half and the suburbs took their toll.

Copies of Durham’s Hayti will be available for sale, cash only.
There is no charge for this event, but seating is limited.
