Kids’ Yoga Adventures with Monarch Movement Company

Join Stephanie with Monarch Movement Company at Broken Spoke Farm select Saturdays throughout the month for yoga classes for kids and adults.

This class is a fun, engaging way for children to enjoy yoga and mindfulness practices. We may travel to the beach for palm tree pose and fish pose or perhaps to the mountains for ski pose and mountain lion pose! Each week will be a new adventure.

No yoga experience required! Class content is aimed at children ages 3-10, but older and younger kids are welcome to give it a try!

Please bring a yoga mat or towel for your yogi. Mats will be spaced out for social distancing. Little yogis will wear masks until arriving at their practice space and put them back on at the end of class.

Class size is limited so be sure to register each week! Please register each child separately so that we may maintain a class size that works for social distancing! Registration here.

**Class is offered as Pay What You Wish, with a suggested contribution of $5-$25 per class. Payment info at registration.
