Mardi Gras Beer Dinner

Join us on February 13th at 6:30 pm for our monthly Brewery & Public House Collaboration Beer Dinner! Chef Adam is preparing five courses inspired by five Mystery brews.
This will be a special Mardi Gras themed menu! Dressing up is encouraged!
About the Chef: Chef Adam moved to New Orleans a year after Hurricane Katrina in November 2006. He worked at Emeril Lagasse’s flagship restaurant and within three years was promoted to sous chef. During his time in New Orleans, he also worked at Pat O’Brien’s as banquet chef, Café Sbisa’s as executive chef, and New Orleans Country Club as banquet chef. In June of 2016, he moved to Durham and was the executive chef of both James Joyce Irish Pub and Alivia’s Durham Bistro. Four months later, he was recruited to open Viceroy in Durham. After fulfilling his contract there, he sought out Mystery Brewing Public House for its mission of seasonality and focus on local ingredients. He now serves as our executive chef at the Pub!
