Yoga is fundamentally an act of kindness towards ourselves in supporting a calm mind and healthy body. Using breathing practices and meditation to create self-awareness, we will find balance and harmony. We will move through a gentle yoga sequence, taking our time to be mindful of each pose as we release into relaxation and improve our overall well-being. Each class will focus on self-awareness, breathing, and releasing tension. At the end of each class you will leave feeling refreshed and ready for a good night’s sleep.
