2 PM: Spring Council, “Mama Dips: Past & Present”
Discover how this iconic restaurant began, hear stories from its long history, learn what changes have been made to the preparation methods and menu over time. Tasting of treats from the Mama Dips menu.
3 PM: Special tour, “What’s Your Flavor”
Spend some time viewing this innovative exhibit on the history and art of cooking in Orange County. Meet some of the artists whose work is featured in the exhibit. Tasting of Brunswick Stew.
