DESCRIPTION:This class blends physical postures\, breathing\, and meditation to balance the body’s seven main chakras\, or energy centers. Each part of the practice focuses on a specific energy point\, from the base of your spine to the top of your head\, to help energy flow freely. \nAwakening and aligning these energy centers can increase physical energy\, relieve tension stored deep within the hips and spine\, and promote mental clarity\, an improved mood\, and better balance in everyday life. \nNo experience is necessary\, and everyone is welcome to attend.\nA yoga mat is required\, and a water bottle is suggested. We will provide all other support props. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start time to allow for set-up.

DESCRIPTION:Do you celebrate Fall with spooky skulls or sweet sugar skulls? Create your own skull ornament! \nWe will cover basic needle felting technique by decorating and adding details to a skull form. Learn or refresh basic shaping by making a fun skull ornament\, and best of all- you will have fun relaxing with other crafty folks. \nYou’ll walk away with a 3D skull ornament you’ll be proud to display! Good for beginners and a nice refresher for those who have felted before. \nAll supplies for making an ornament are included. If you finish early and wish to make a second one\, kits will be available for purchase for $5.
