This year\, 30 small-scale farms\, scattered across the beautiful landscape of Alamance\, Chatham\, Orange\, Durham\, and Person counties\, will open their farm gates to visitors on April 25th & 26th for this beloved celebration of local food and farming. \n\nShow some local love and get a little mud on the tires: fruit orchards\, native plant gardens\, milking parlors\, u-pick berries\, greenhouses\, pasture-raised livestock\, flower fields\, beehives\, and so much more are waiting to be discovered\, just off the beaten path. SUMMARY:Community Climate Quilt Reveal
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the big reveal!\nThis past April\, the Hillsborough Climate Challenge asked artists of all ages to contribute to a community quilt by making a square based on nature. Over 100 people answered the call and created an amazing variety of squares. The quilt was then sewn by Bull Town Fabrics and is now ready to be viewed and admired. It will be displayed at Anne and Arthur (117 West King St.)  from 6/26 through the end of July.
