DESCRIPTION:Our water situation is changing. We have seen floods\, rising costs\, and hidden chemicals in our waters. Climate change\, development\, and changes to government policies are affecting access to water supplies in our community and region. What is the future of our water supply? \nJoin us to hear from a panel of local and state experts about the impact of funding and policy changes at the local and state levels\, and the government and community strategies to navigate these transitions. Resource tables will be open to provide information about organizations supporting water conservation\, and some things you can do now. Resource tables open: 6:30pm – 7:00pm and 8:15pm – 8:30pm. SUMMARY:Community Climate Quilt Reveal
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the big reveal!\nThis past April\, the Hillsborough Climate Challenge asked artists of all ages to contribute to a community quilt by making a square based on nature. Over 100 people answered the call and created an amazing variety of squares. The quilt was then sewn by Bull Town Fabrics and is now ready to be viewed and admired. It will be displayed at Anne and Arthur (117 West King St.)  from 6/26 through the end of July.
