Join us at The Bar(n) at Sonark Farms for the Annual Jim Watson Christmas Show—now in its 40th year — a beloved holiday gathering led by the legendary musician and founding member of the Red Clay Ramblers\, Jim Watson. \nJim’s musical journey is the stuff of storytelling magic: He spent 14 years touring the world with the Red Clay Ramblers\, appearing in two Off-Broadway productions (Diamond Studs and Sam Shepard’s A Lie of the Mind)\, and later spent nearly 27 years performing with Robin & Linda Williams and Their Fine Group. Closer to home\, he’s played with the Green Level Entertainers\, Piedmont Melody Makers\, Duke Lacrosse and Pinky Wyoming\, Craver Hicks Watson & Newberry\, and the Williamson Brothers—becoming a cherished staple of North Carolina music. \nIn 1986\, Jim launched his first Christmas show at The Cave in Chapel Hill… and he hasn’t missed a single year since.
