BLAC Fest: Book Discussion

In June, Spotlight Books & Film Club at Main Library in Hillsborough is taking part in BLAC Fest and Pride Month for double feature of sorts. Join us for:

• A book discussion of Parable of the Sower by Octavia E. Butler | Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 6:30pm; and
• A film screening of To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar | Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 2pm.

This series is intended for adults. All events are free. Registration is preferred. 

Spotlight Books & Film Club at Main Library in Hillsborough alternates book discussions and film viewings with light discussion. The theme of each book or film we read/watch & discuss will often mirror books and films that Main Library’s Adult Services is highlighting that month.
