Class: Needle Felted Ornaments for Beginners

An introduction to the sculptural art and tools and materials of needle felting. Participants will get to know this luxurious, natural material and the satisfaction of mindful handiwork. We’ll have a short introduction, some guiding points/examples, and one-on-one help as needed. Most participants leave with a small, finished, or well-on-the-way-to-being finished, ornament-sized felted piece. Skills taught: Needle felting for small-sized sculptures, 3-D building; visualization, self-expression, working WITH the inner-critic and encouragement.

Ages 11+. Supplies provided.
