The Fork In the Roof Food Truck opens in 2018. As the brain-child of the Hot Tin Roof owners Vince and Kim Tesoro, it serves the community in food and fun while the Hot Tin Roof serves drinks and hosts local bands, karaoke, trivia and much more. Come out for great food, drinks, and fun for the whole family.
