Juneteenth Celebration

Join us in celebrating Juneteenth!
 
We’ll have a fun-filled day Saturday June 17 to celebrate Juneteenth. Festivities include:

  • an African-Influenced Mini Cookout
  • a Black Business Pop-Up Market
  • a Black Literature Fair
  • a Guided tour of Hillsborough’s Black & Indigenous History
  • Learning, Door Prizes, and More

Everyone is welcome! The guided tour starts at 10:30 and the rest of the activites get started at noon.This celebration is being made possible with the support of the Orange County Office of Equity and Inclusion, The Alliance For Historic Hillsborough, the Friends of the Orange County Public Library, and Orange County Asset Management Services.
