As we celebrate 15 years of supporting food entrepreneurs, we invite you to discover the people, passion, and creativity behind our local food community. Meet talented local producers, sample and shop their products, enjoy food from our Mexican food truck, get a gourmet hotdog from Kalamazoo, tour our commercial kitchens, and hear firsthand from entrepreneurs about their journeys in building and growing their businesses. You’ll even get a behind-the-scenes glimpse of where some of your favorite local food products come to life!
