Snow Approach Foundation is a nonprofit in Hillsborough, NC dedicated to educating, supporting, and building community for people living with brain changes such as dementia. Our mission is to radically transform the experience of living with brain change.

Annually, we hold a celebration gala where we celebrate progress and cast a vision of where we’re headed together.
