I hope everyone is doing well.

Thank you so much to all of you who reached out to me during my stupid breast cancer crap (the whole of 2024!!).

I am all healed-up and ready to begin teaching a thing or two.  A little weak … but ‘none too worse for the wear’.

6PM – 6:45/7pm

Suggested Drop-In $10 a portion of which supports community missions of  Snow Approach Foundation.

Please, bring your water bottle.

There will be Venmo & Ca$hApp links available at the start of the session for payment or you can bring cash!
