Beginning Sketching Workshop with Nancy Ellen Walker

If you have no prior experience in drawing, or your sketching skills are rusty and need refreshing, this set of classes on basic drawing techniques is just right for you.  Intended for adults and teens ages 16 and older.

The goals of this experience are (1) to observe with an artist’s eye, (2) to learn the tools and “tricks of the trade” in drawing, (3) to develop skill and confidence in sketching, and (4) most important of all, to experience joy in the process of creating.

The 3 classes in the series (the other two are Saturdays 10 and 17, also from 9:30a to 12:30p), each three hours in length, are offered as a package for $180. The workshop is designed for adults and mature teens, age 16 and up.
