Birds of a Feather Peacock Collage with Jacqueline Rimmler

Participants will learn how to create a pure paper cut and/or torn paper collage using a supplied template, and apply embellishments with paint or markers. More advanced collagers will be encouraged to create their own variations on the supplied templates or their own designs.
