Family Yoga Adventures

A moving opportunity for children and their grownups! This class will teach the foundations of yoga movement, breathing, and focus through imaginative adventures we create together! Bring a mat or towel, wear comfy clothing, and get ready for some yoga family fun! Grownups are included in the cost.
