Getting to Know the Burwells, A Panel Discussion

Please join us online for a panel discussion on the life and times of the Burwell Family. Following the release of our three short videos on Robert, Anna and their children, we will discuss their creation with writer Carrie Currie, then explore additional aspects of the Burwells with panelists Brooks Graebner, Sylvia Hoffert and Steve Peck. These Burwell historians will discuss the making of the videos, what it meant to be a 19th century Presbyterian minister & minister’s wife, and the challenges of interpreting Burwell history. We will end the program with a Q&A where the panelists will answer viewers’ questions.
