Elizabeth Hall is an Integrative Health Coach and teaches Healthy Living Classes at The Colonial Inn in Hillsborough.  Her goal is to guide you toward a better, healthier lifestyle that’s both doable and understandable.  Real life options for real life people, plus some delicious food samples and a recipe to take home!
