Mindful Yoga at Monarch
Yoga is fundamentally an act of kindness towards ourselves in supporting a calm mind and healthy body. Using breathing practices and meditation to create self-awareness, we will find balance and harmony. We will move through a gentle yoga sequence, taking our time to be mindful of each pose as we release into relaxation and improve our overall well-being.
