It will be a beautiful, summer night under the stars in our Courtyard. Join us after a busy week, on Friday, June 25th to Sip, Salut, Taste, and Mingle in Hillsborough’s historic downtown mill.

Before enjoying our seated dinner, taste signature cocktails from On The Rocks Bartending to get the evening started, while taking in the smell of complimentary fresh, hand rolled cigars from Admendola Family Cigars.

We will have our Wine Expert from Empire Distributors lead you in a Wine Tasting for our 4-Course plated meal with Rocky Top Catering. Each dish will feature a lovely pairing of a full-pour of wine to tantalize your tastebuds.

Live Music will whisk the night away as you taste, reflect and cheers to an evening of celebration.
