YOGA NIDRA GONG BATH
Sunday 3/19 6:15-7:15pm: One of the most profound ways to create relaxation with the gong is through a guided process known as Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra induces deep relaxation, heightens awareness, integrates changes, and accelerates healing.
