Sunday at Margaret Lane Gallery

As part of Sundays in Hillsborough, Margaret Lane Gallery is hosting special Sunday events through November 4. On the agenda for Sunday, September 23:

1) Artists in Action: David Xavier Knox and Margaret Oatney, owners of Yesterday and Today Frame Shop, will be demonstrating the impact of different matting and framing choices and will be open to questions and conversations about the art of frame making (1:30-4:30);

2) STEAM-based puppet making activity and puppet show(s) with Merry Arts Studio (1:30-3:30);

3) Free children’s art activity: leaf impressions.

4) Light refreshments will be served. 

Also available will be our featured show, Wings, Wheels and Rails, as well as other paintings, photographs, prints, stained glass, ceramic figures, jewelry, notecards and other small giftable items. Margaret Lane Gallery is located /2 block off Churton Street at 121 W Margaret Lane in Hillsborough, in between the public library and Hot Tin Roof.
