Yoga at the Colonial Inn

Allie Doiron is leading yoga classes at The Colonial Inn every Friday from 4-5 PM.
If it is bad weather out and there aren’t any events going on in the ballroom at The Colonial, we have the option to move indoors. The class is for all levels of experience. A yoga mat is required, blocks and straps are optional. It’s $15 a class and you can register here (https://www.exploretock.com/thecolonialinn/) or by calling/visiting the front desk at The Colonial. OR participants have the option to buy 5 class packs for $60, 10 class packs for $110, and 20 class packs for $200.
