Free Vinyasa Yoga with Stephanie Woodbeck of Monarch Movement Company at the Eno River Farmers Market in downtown Hillsborough!
This is an all levels yoga flow meant to move your muscles and bring joy to your heart. Breathe in the fresh air as we move our bodies as a community once more!
All are welcome, but registration helps me plan. Register here!
* Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel! I will have some beach towels, but due to Covid I will not be sharing yoga mats.
