Panciuto started as an Italian restaurant working with Southern ingredients. Longevity, exploration, and the practice of refinement has pushed the restaurant into exciting new territory. Featuring a diverse menu of meticulously crafted dishes using local ingredients by chef proprietor Aaron Vandemark who is a James Beard Foundation Semifinalist: Best Chef, Southeast 2011-2016.
