Last Fridays & the Art Walk are FREE celebrations of art & community that occur in downtown Hillsborough, NC on the last Friday of each month, March-November, 2023, hosted by the Hillsborough Arts Council.

With 20+ participating venues, each event features a variety of gallery openings, live music, Roaming Poets, Living Arts Collective drum circles & dancewaves in River Park, Makers Markets (May-Oct), and more!

October 27’s Last Friday & the Art Walk a.k.a. Halloween in Hillsborough goes above and beyond with:

But that’s not all. We are ecstatic to announce that October’s event now features celebrations honoring Día de los Muertos, spearheaded by local portrait photographer, Monica Meyer and Sol Ramirez, founder & director of 1,2,3 Puppetry, through puppetry, visual arts, music, and a very special a pop-up dance performance by Danza Guerreros of Durham, NC.
