Adults’ Night Out! Dance

Come shake what your momma gave ya at Club Monarch! We’ll be closing down the house on Wednesday nights with spicy grooves, sassy poses, and booty moments. This class features hip hop and pop inspired grooves and moves spanning 90s hip hop through today’s hip hop and r&b hits. We will warm up, stretch, and get our blood pumping together in a non-judgement zone. Then we’ll learn a fun combination that matches the theme of the month. Be prepared to sweat it out on the dance floor, though impact and cardio demands will be mild. All levels and abilities welcome! We recommend clean sneakers and comfortable athletic clothing. Feel free to bring a water bottle and a song request!
