Champagne Tasting

We hope this email finds you well! With the holiday season rapidly approaching, the Burwell School staff is enthusiastically preparing our events calendar. Due to the great success of last year’s Bourbon Tasting, we are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Champagne Tasting on December 12 at 7:30pm. Enjoy a selection of Champagne, poured by Sam Otterbourg of Hillsborough Wine Company, that will give a “tasting tour” of the region. Wines poured will be available for pre-order, for pickup at Hillsborough Wine Company on Churton Street.

The event will be held at the Burwell School Historic Site and will begin at 7:30pm. Guests will be treated to a brief informational program, a wine tasting, sweet treats, a raffle, and wonderful conversation. Tickets start at $100. Space is limited. All proceeds benefit preservation efforts at the Burwell School Historic Site. Cocktail attire is encouraged, but certainly not required.
