Join us at Monarch Movement Company on Saturday, Jan. 22nd from 4-6pm for a Family Yoga Party!
Sip some tea, chat with your community, and enjoy moving with your loved ones. Snacks & kid crafts, too!
Family Yoga Adventure class appropriate for young children and their bigger people will begin at 4:30! Imaginations encouraged, yoga mats requested!
Weather permitting, our rolling doors will be raised for fresh air. All local mask ordinances will be followed.
