Family Yoga Class

Join us at Monarch Movement Company for Family Yoga Adventures!
Monthly on Saturdays, 11:35am-12:15pm (3/26/22, 4/23/22)

This class will teach the foundations of yoga movement, breathing, and focus through imaginative adventures we create together! Be prepared to become a dinosaur, travel to outer space, or even explore the ocean! Bring a mat or towel, wear comfy clothing, and get ready for some yoga family fun!

Classes are $13/kid. Grownups are included in the cost.
